Accounting Assistant – Reading- What You’ll be Doing:

  • Maintain accurate customer insurance records and update receivables and receipt information on the insurance portal.
  • Manage and regularly update sales policies and related information, issue the invoices in the internal system.
  • Customer Discount Management.
  • Communicate with the Sales team and customers on customer payment and register it in system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial and administrative records.
  • employee expense review.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager and Sales team to ensure finance-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Accounting Assistant – Reading- The Skills You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance or a relevant field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance support role is preferred.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge Excel, including commonly used functions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also being an effective team player.
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within the Finance function.
