Customer Support Coordinator – Frontline Helpdesk & Dispatch

Arcus FM Limited in Redditch is recruiting Customer Support Coordinators on a permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for stores needing assistance, taking reactive calls, creating Work Orders and chasing engineers as required.

You’ll work a rotating 40-hour schedule: Mon-Fri (06:00-14:00 / 12:00-20:00) and every other weekend with compensating days off in the week. A can-do attitude, great listening and problem-solving skills are essential.
