Part – Time HR Administrator

Location: Gillingham

Pay Rate: £13.76 per hour

Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

Contract: Temporary

We are currently seeking a professional and organised HR Administrator to join a busy HR team on a temporary, part-time basis. This role would suit an experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting a range of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Preparing employment documentation and correspondence
  • Assisting with recruitment administration and interview coordination
  • Processing new starter and leaver paperwork
  • Managing HR inboxes and responding to employee queries
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Supporting the HR team with ongoing projects and general administration

About You

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • HR administration experience is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload effectively and work independently
  • Professional and proactive approach

Essential Requirement

A valid Enhanced DBS check is required for this role. Applicants must already hold an Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS clearance process.
