As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced colleagues who will support and guide you throughout your apprenticeship journey. You’ll gain a broad understanding of administrative processes while making a real contribution to the work of the team. At the same time, you’ll be studying towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, helping you develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for a successful career.

We are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our Volunteer team, where you’ll develop practical skills, build confidence, and gain hands-on experience in a professional working environment.

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent), or
  • Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English

As this role is public facing, applicants will need to demonstrate, at interview, their competency to converse and provide advice and guidance to members of the public, in spoken English to CEFR level B1: Can exploit a wide range of simple language flexibly to express much of what they want. Can keep going comprehensibly, even though pausing for grammatical land lexical planning and repair is very evident, especially in longer stretches of free production.

The duties of this post require the postholder to undertake a basic Criminal Record check (unspent convictions only) via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
