Senior Mental Health Social Worker (Hybrid)

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Social Worker Level 2 to join the Mental Health Social Work Team. You will support adults with mental health needs to live as independently as possible, undertake assessments, develop support plans and coordinate services to promote wellbeing.

You must hold Social Work England registration and have experience in complex health and social care environments. The role requires travel across the county and offers hybrid working with professional development
