Head of Year – Pastoral & Student Wellbeing Leader

Tradewind Recruitment LTD. in Carnforth is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer / Non-Teaching Head of Year to join its student welfare team.

You will champion pupil well-being, manage year-group pastoral care, and act as the main liaison between school, students, and families. The role focuses on removing non-academic barriers to learning, supporting Key Stage 3 or 4 pupils, and coordinating attendance, safeguarding, and behaviour plans in partnership with SLT.
