Additional Learning Support Administrator

We are looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic Additional Learning Support Administrator to join our Inclusion team. The successful candidate will provide a high-quality administrative and support service to learners, parents/carers, staff and external agencies, acting as a key first point of contact and ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
The role will include coordinating Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews, supporting Exam Access Arrangement applications, maintaining accurate learner records and databases, and ensuring that learner support information is kept up to date and communicated appropriately.
You will be a highly organised and confident administrator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. We are looking for someone who can use their initiative, work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach to improving processes and delivering an excellent support and customer service experience. A commitment to safeguarding, professional development and making a positive difference to students through further education is essential.
The salary for this post is up to £27,128
