Assistant Housing Standards Officer — Hybrid & Impactful

Maidstone Borough Council is seeking an organised Assistant Housing Standards Officer to join the Housing Standards Team in Maidstone. You will help improve private sector housing conditions and protect residents’ health and safety through inspections, enforcement, and guidance.

The role requires knowledge of housing legislation, experience with housing conditions, and a full UK driving licence to travel around the borough. Hybrid working is offered, with 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
