IPS Employment Specialist: Guiding Clients Into Work

Rethink Mental Illness is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist to work with clients with mental health support needs in Coventry and Warwickshire. You will manage a caseload, deliver IPS, assess goals, and support job search activities using person-centred guidance.

Training in IPS will be provided; a degree and IT literacy are expected. The role focuses on developing relationships with local employers, clinicians, and community services to promote recovery through employment.
