Head Sommelier — Lead Luxury Wine Program

Sopwell House in Hertfordshire is seeking a passionate Sommelier to lead the wine program across our two award-winning restaurants and support the hotel bar.

You will curate wine lists, guide guests through thoughtful pairings, manage the cellar and stock, train teams, and host tastings to bring our wine story to life.

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role offers a salary up to £45,000 per annum including service charge, with development opportunities and staff benefits.
