Pupil Safeguarding & Wellbeing Lead

Newman School is seeking a compassionate, highly organised Safeguarding and Welfare Officer to support pupils’ safety and wellbeing. You will coordinate safeguarding activity, respond to welfare concerns and work with families and partner agencies.

You will maintain confidential records, support the Designated Safeguarding Lead, contribute to training, and promote a culture of safeguarding and early intervention across the school.
