Social Worker: Champion for Children with Disabilities

London Borough of Harrow is seeking a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities (0-18) Service. You will be allocated to the Children’s Team, handling cases under CIN, CP, CLA and care proceedings as directed by the Court.

The role involves assessment, planning, monitoring and reviewing for disabled children, young people and their families, and delivering appropriate care packages to promote welfare.
