Youth Progression & Support Officer

Centrepoint, Barnsley, is seeking a Support & Progression Officer to help young people achieve positive outcomes in education, training, employment and independent living. This full-time role is based in Barnsley with occasional travel to other Centrepoint services.

You will build relationships, safeguard effectively, and manage a caseload while maintaining accurate records and meeting service standards. The role requires flexibility, including weekends and shift patterns.
