We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise competing demands and work effectively under pressure.
- Proactive, forward-thinking and able to anticipate the needs of senior leaders.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive and professional approach.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in a range of IT systems and software packages.
- Experienced in providing high-level PA or executive support, ideally within an educational setting.
The successful candidate will be committed to delivering an outstanding service, maintaining confidentiality at all times, and contributing positively to the smooth and effective running of the Academy.
