Education HR Advisor — People Team (Nottingham)

Nova Education Trust’s Central People Team is seeking an HR advisor to deliver a responsive, high-quality, and person-centred advisory service across our 17 academies in the trust. You will be the approachable first point of contact for day-to-day people queries, providing clear, practical advice on employment practices and Trust policies.

This permanent, full-time role requires safeguarding commitment; all staff will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check in line with DfE requirements.
