Job Description:

What will you be doing?

Working within a team to support students, identifying any that may need additional support and helping to ensure that behaviour policies and school values are adhered to. You will be liaising with Parents, Students and Members of staff so excellent communication skills are essential.

What do you need?

Good numeracy/literacy skills equivalent to GCSE grade C and above. Good IT and organisational skills are essential. Due to the nature and adaptability needed for the role you will need the ability to prioritise and work under pressure meeting tight deadlines.

The Trust was founded in 2014, in John Taylor High School – an outstanding secondary school in Barton-Under-Needwood, and the first in Staffordshire to convert to become an Academy. We have grown steadily over time and currently serve 13 infant/primary schools, and 6 secondary schools.
