Job Description:
St Wilfrid’s Catholic High School & Sixth-Form College is seeking a dedicated Student Support Officer to help students achieve academic success, improve attendance and develop positive behaviours. The role attaches to each Year Group (Y7–Y11) with additional Sixth-Form work, reporting to senior leadership and working with families and agencies as needed.
The post focuses on enabling engagement, reducing sanctions and supporting personal development within a caring school and parish community.
