Emerging Talent & Resourcing Specialist

The Woodland Trust is seeking an Emerging Talent and Resourcing Coordinator to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience and support emerging talent programmes. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with flexibility for 30 hours, hybrid working from Grantham head office, and a fixed-term contract to Sept 2027.

Responsibilities include coordinating the full hiring journey, managing recruitment data, reporting, and building partnerships with schools and external partners.
