SEND Support Worker – Autism & Complex Needs Specialist

Monarch Education is recruiting an Experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND school in Solihull. You will support pupils with complex learning needs, autism and related conditions, helping them access learning and daily activities.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a full-time, long-term placement. The role may involve personal care, moving and handling, and using communication strategies to support social and emotional development.
