On‑Site 1st Line IT Support Field Engineer (Travel Required)

Our client, a leading technology organisation based in Edinburgh, is seeking a 1st Line Support Field Engineer. You will visit client sites to provide first-line technical support, set up and check equipment, troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues, log and update support tickets, and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team.

A clean driving licence is essential as travel to client sites is required.
