Junior Software Developer – Hybrid, Grow Your Skills

BRE is seeking a Junior Developer to join the Digital Services team in Watford on a hybrid basis. You will work with Senior Developers, Product Owners and UI designers to deliver new features and improvements across BRE’s web applications.

You’ll be involved in the full SDLC, from requirements and estimation to coding, testing, and deployment. The role offers learning opportunities, varying tasks, and a clear path to grow into more complex development work within BRE’s established standards.
