Job Description:

Property Maintenance EngineerLocation: Field Based covering – South Region, including Buckinghamshire, Hampshire and London.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance tasks across various engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, plubming and general maintenance & repairs,across our estate of dental practices.This role will include daily travelling and occasional overnight stays, you must have a full & clean UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preventative Maintenance
    • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on plant and machinery.
    • Identify and rectify potential issues before they escal
    • Implement a proactive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime.
  • Reactive Maintenance
    • Respond promptly to breakdowns and equipment failures.
    • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
    • Efficiently repair and restore equipment to full operational capacity.
  • Fault Finding
    • Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint the root cause of equipment malfunctions.
    • Implement effective solutions to prevent recurring problems.
  • Installation and Commissioning
    • Install new equipment and machinery.
    • Configure and test systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Compliance
    • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and efficiency
    • Propose innovative solutions to enhance equipment reliability

About You

Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance EngineerGood knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to safetyMust hold a full UK driving licence.
