Architectural Technician

Chris Main is an Independent Recruiter who has worked in the House Building sector for over 20 years. My Client is a national house builder with a strong reputation and have 5 star status. They have standard house types.

The Technical Director is searching for an Architectural Technician or Assistant Architectural Technician to support the Technical Team.

The role will involve:

• Provide architectural/technical support and technical guidance for regional site and office based operations.
• Provide Technical Support in respect of planning applications.
• To co-ordinate and manage the issue of technical documentation.
• Maintain documentation for the standard product portfolio.

It is strongly preferred that you have experience on volume residential projects, mainly housing.

The salary is £30 to £40K depending on experience.
