Visitor Sites Manager

The purpose of this role is to lead, manage and develop the Site Gardien team to deliver a consistently high quality, welcoming visitor experience across all sites and to oversee Site Gardien duties in site operations, maintenance, and compliance to ensure safe, cared for and well presented heritage environments. Ideally the postholder will have previous experience of managing a team, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on their own initiative. Some basic maintenance skills are also required. There maybe an occasional need to work weekends.
