First-Line IT Support Specialist — M365, Networking

Project People is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an Interim IT 1st Line Support to join its IT function for a 3-month temporary assignment in Carlisle.

You will be the first point of contact for IT support across the business, logging incidents, providing first-line help for Microsoft 365, AD, SharePoint and Exchange, and assisting with hardware, printers and mobile devices. Occasional travel to supported sites may be required.
