Graduate Paralegal – Employment Law (Hybrid, Training)

Stephensons is recruiting a Graduate Paralegal in Employment Law in Wigan. You will support solicitors in a busy Employment team, handling advisory work, case preparation and client contact, primarily by phone, with supervision and a clear progression path.

The role offers hybrid working after training, 35 hours per week, and a supportive environment focused on training and career development. A strong interest in employment law and good communication are essential.
