Retail Customer Service Lead — Betting Shops

Entain in the United Kingdom is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service across Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and support the shop team in building relationships to encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities include taking bets on sports, processing cash transactions, demonstrating betting terminals, handling complaints with empathy, and maintaining shop standards. Shifts cover 8am–10pm, 32.5 hours weekly.
