Age UK is recruiting a Shop Manager for our Caversham shop. You will lead a small team of staff and volunteers, drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and help raise funds for Age UK’s services.
The role is 35 hours across a 7‑day week, including weekends on a rota. You will apply your retail experience and strong people leadership to develop the team and meet targets while maintaining a welcoming shop for the community.
