IT Support Intern – Hybrid (York Campus)

York St John University in York invites two students to join ITS for a one-year IT service delivery placement. The role combines basic first-line support with hands-on project work across software, hardware, data integrations and documentation, building technical knowledge and professional skills.

You will work with the ITS team to learn, escalate issues, and contribute to service improvements, with agile working between home and on-site at the York Campus.
