Store Operations & Customer Experience Lead

Sainsbury’s Limited in Billericay is seeking a Customer and Trading Manager – Convenience to lead day-to-day store operations, ensure product availability and safe customer service, and work with a small management team.

You will be the on-site manager, often the sole manager, responsible for shift coverage, team performance, scheduling and disciplinary processes, while driving KPI results and customer satisfaction.
