The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Champagne Bar Manager to join our team at the luxurious Falls Spa, Lodore Falls Hotel & Spa.
This is a varied management role within our busy spa operation, overseeing the day-to-day running of the Champagne Bar, spa facilities and laundry operations. You will lead and support our Spa Assistant team, ensuring our facilities are maintained to the highest standards and every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable spa experience.
Working closely with the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining operational standards, developing the team and ensuring the smooth running of the spa throughout the day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the daily operation of the Champagne Bar, spa facilities and laundry department.
- Supervising, motivating and supporting the Spa Assistant team to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Supporting team training, performance management and ongoing development.
- Ensuring the spa facilities, including pools, thermal experiences and relaxation areas, are clean, well presented and maintained to the highest standards.
- Managing the Champagne Bar operation, including stock control, ordering, presentation and service standards.
- Monitoring guest satisfaction, responding to enquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Supporting the Spa Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations, departmental targets and continuous improvements.
- Ensuring health & safety, hygiene and company procedures are consistently followed throughout the department.

- Previous supervisory or management experience within a spa or leisure environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple operational areas.
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Confidence in handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
