Hospital Capacity & Booking Specialist (Bank)

Spire Manchester Hospital has an exciting Bank Administrator role in the Capacity and Utilisation team. You will support NHS patient pathways, outpatient bookings and referrals, ensuring a professional, confidential service from referral to appointment or admission.

The role is bank/zero-hours with shifts Mon-Fri, 9:00–17:00. Hourly rate £12.76. You will manage bookings, waiting lists and patient correspondence using the hospital systems, maintaining GDPR compliance and high service standards.
