Reactive Wastewater Scheduler & Customer Liaison

Lanes Group is seeking a customer-focused coordinator to join our Thames Water contract team in Slough. This permanent, full-time role operates on a 4 days on/4 days off pattern, averaging 38.5 hours weekly, with a salary of £29,711.08 per year.

You will allocate, schedule and monitor reactive wastewater network and drainage works, using Salesforce to keep jobs on track against SLAs and KPIs. You’ll liaise with field teams and clients to deliver safe, efficient service.
