Customer Success & Sales Executive

Bunzl Greenham in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support branch sales, profits and customer service targets. The role involves daily calls to generate repeat orders and manage customer accounts, with emphasis on growing new and lapsed portfolios and providing excellent service.

You will set up customers, handle queries, manage stock-related issues, and liaise with operations and finance to maintain high service levels across the team.
