Retail Customer Service Lead – Part Time (Evenings/Weekends)

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops in the UK. You will deliver top customer service, drive standards daily, and be part of the Shop team reporting to the Shop Manager.

The role is part-time at £13.00 per hour, with a fixed weekly rota of 17 hours across weekdays and weekends. You will handle bets, cash transactions, demonstrate products, and help maintain high shop standards while aiming for customer satisfaction.
