The role involves the safe, accurate assembly of hydraulic hoses for industrial and mobile applications, working 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, rotating weekly. A hands-on approach and attention to detail are essential.

You will follow standard work instructions, verify dimensions with gauges, and contribute to LEAN improvements while maintaining 5S and quality throughout every batch.
