Class 2 Skip Drivers

Driver Hire Nottingham are currently recruiting Class 2 Skip Drivers for an expanding client based in Central Nottingham.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, with full training provided. Newly qualified Class 2 drivers will also be considered, making this a great opportunity to build your experience in the industry.

The Role

• Driving a Class 2 skip vehicle.
• Delivering and collecting skips from customers across the local area.
• Loading and unloading skips safely.
• Completing daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork.
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Full training will be provided on the skip vehicle and role.

Pay & Hours

• Assignment rates starting from £17.75 per hour assignment rate.
• £26.63 per hour overtime for hours worked over 8 hours per day.
• Monday to Friday.
• 6:00am starts.
• Starting 6th October.
• Regular work with an expanding client.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• A valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
• An in-date Driver CPC.
• An in-date Digital Tachograph Card.
• The right to work in the UK.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous skip-driving experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
• Newly passed Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply.
