Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

Our client, a leading player in the luxury hospitality sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Client Partnerships Administrator to join their team in Bromley. As a Client Partnerships Administrator, the successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the client management team, ensuring seamless communication and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a legal secretary, legal administrator or similar legal support role
  • Experience reviewing contracts and legal documents for accuracy, consistency and alignment with approved wording and templates
  • Excellent written communication and inbox management skills, with the ability to respond to client queries promptly and professionally
  • A proactive, client-focused approach, including effective follow-up to minimise delays and maintain smooth service delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the discretion to manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior leaders

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the management and development of client partnerships
  • Coordinating client meetings and preparing necessary documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases to track client interactions
  • Providing administrative support to enhance client experience and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
