Repairs Planner – Hybrid (Temp-to-Perm)

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking a Repairs Planner to join a Stockport-based housing team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role coordinates housing repairs from initial notification through to completion, with a view to a permanent position after the temporary period.

You will manage incoming repair requests, arrange inspections and works, monitor progress, and ensure actions are followed up within required timescales.
