Part-Time Customer Service Consultant (19h/wk) – Solihull

Skipton Building Society in Solihull is seeking a Customer Consultant on a 12 month fixed term contract, working 19 hours per week across Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

The role centres on welcoming customers, identifying needs and offering tailored savings products with a friendly, proactive service. You will also maintain accurate records and support vulnerable customers while aligning with branches, online channels and the contact centre.
