New Homes Customer Experience Coordinator

The Cala Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support a high-quality customer experience after handover of new homes. You will coordinate remedial works, manage a high caseload, and act as the primary link between customers, contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, maintaining CRM records, coordinating handover-related works, and ensuring timely resolution in a busy, customer-facing role within a major UK housebuilder.
