Community-Focused Customer Service Assistant (Part-Time)

Southern Co-op is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our community-focused stores. This part-time role brings variety, purpose, and the chance to make a real difference in neighbours’ daily lives.

You’ll help customers with queries, keep shelves tidy and stocked, serve at the checkout, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment. We’re about community, member ownership, and supporting colleagues with training and progression opportunities.
