Surf Store Assistant Manager – Lead Sales & Service

Tiki Surf Co in Braunton, North Devon, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive store performance.

You will lead a small team, recruit and train staff, manage rosters, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding brand standards and surf knowledge. This is a full-time role based in-store with responsibilities across stock, merchandising, and health and safety.
