The ESP Group is seeking a Team Leader to join our Arbroath contact centre on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead a team of Customer Service Advisors, delivering outstanding service across channels and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
You will coach staff, support HR-related tasks, and promote a positive work environment with a focus on continuous improvement and staff development. Flexible patterns across 7 days are available with start times between 7am and 10pm.
