Chocolate Production Technician — Velvetiser Expert

Hotel Chocolat is seeking a Production Technician for our Hadley Park site in Huntingdon to join our chocolate manufacturing team on a permanent basis. You will manage production lines, ensure correct machinery settings, and support changeovers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You’ll work a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm) and collaborate with Engineering, Warehouse and Hygiene teams to hit production targets and minimise downtime, while contributing to our premium
