Hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Technician – Heavy Machinery

Marshall Harmony Limited in Bridgnorth is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to diagnose faults in heavy machinery, strip, rebuild and fit components, and keep production running smoothly.

You’ll read engineering drawings, work with hydraulics and pneumatics, and apply welding and machining skills while adhering to safety and LOTOTO procedures.

The role offers a 4-on/4-off 12-hour shift pattern with a shift allowance; time-served apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 preferred.
