Workshop Leader & Customer Experience Champion

Halfords is seeking an Assistant Manager for its National Tyres and Autocare centre in Thundersley. You will work with the Centre Manager, split time between the workshop and daily sales, and lead the team to deliver excellent customer service while driving profitability.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on mechanic experience or management in a workshop, strong coaching skills, a solid understanding of diagnostics and vehicle maintenance, and a commitment to Health & Safety.
