Delivery Support Advisor — Customer Care & POD Expert

DPD is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to support internal and external customers with parcel collection or delivery queries. You will work with Drivers, Shift Managers and Operations Managers to identify issues, investigate missing parcels and resolve disputes, while promoting company products and services.

The role requires proven experience in fast-paced customer service, excellent communication, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
