Malting Production Operator – 4-on 4-off Shifts

Malteries Soufflet in Burton is seeking a Production Operator to support the safe and efficient malting process. You will be involved in steeping, germination, and kilning, monitor production, ensure quality, hygiene and safety, and perform routine checks and basic maintenance.

The role requires shift work on a 4 on/4 off pattern, including days (6am-6pm) and nights (6pm-6am). You will liaise with other departments to resolve issues, maintain records, and support continuous plant operations
