Learning Support Assistant – Empower SEND Learners

Orchard Hill College, an Outstanding Specialist College, is seeking Learning Support Assistants to support learners with diverse needs across College Centres in London and Surrey. You will work 36 hours per week during term time, supporting educational, personal care and therapy programmes to promote independence and wellbeing.

The role requires Level 1 Maths and Level 2 English or willingness to enrol on a Functional Skills course within the first year, with progression within two years.
